President's Message

PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE 2015

I welcome you to the Website of Ikeduru Union, London (UK).

We are a Community & Voluntary organization of Ikeduru people in the United Kingdom.

Our objects are to create a platform for Ikeduru people in the United Kingdom that will help foster Unity and fraternity, to promote, protect, and defend the common interests of members and to do everything to promote the socio-cultural, Health and economic development of our people in the UK and in Ikeduru. We seek to promote the peaceful co-existence of all people in the United Kingdom including Africans, Nigerians, Igbos, Ikeduru people, and other diverse members of our local London (UK) communities and to pursue other lawful objectives including voluntary and charitable.

Over the years we have provided supports to our members and their families and contributed to projects in Nigeria including child welfare, youth development, education and healthcare among others.

We hope that our website will provide the much needed platform that will increase greater participation and interaction among us and with Ikeduru at home. We intend to make ourselves more accessible to our members by the provision of information on the management of our union, and to make ourselves accessible to our people in Ikeduru by the provision and exchange of information, education, and constructive debates etc.

Our expectation is to develop a website that will excite our members particularly our children, and provide a forum for information sharing, education and fun. Please enjoy your browsing and we invite your constructive comments on ways to make improvements.
